Shepherd's Pie Heating Instructions (from frozen):  Preheat oven to 400°F --> heat covered for 40 minutes --> remove cover and heat an additional 10 minutes (longer if crispier is desired).

Potatoes, green lentils, onions, carrots, celery, peas, corn, tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, thyme, cayenne, sage, parsley.

Mushroom Gravy Ingredients: button mushroom, onion, potato, coconut milk, garlic, thyme, salt, soy sauce, black pepper.

Good Stock Foods is an Edmonton family owned and operated plant-based food market and food manufacturer.

Our concept started with co-owner and red seal chef Michelle's vision to transform people's health by providing clean, plant-based options that are still uncompromisingly delicious.

We started as a quick-serve restaurant in 2017 but pivoted completely to a ready-made food market in 2020. This has allowed us to focus on what we do best; creating healthy recipes and cooking delicious, home-style food from scratch, in addition to a growing wholesale business related to our plant-based cheeze products.
