Malica Farms is famous for their Lean Ground Alberta Beef! Raised just outside of Starr Alberta, their beef cattle are on a grain and forage diet to ensure that your final cut has a perfect marble, which results in a great-tasting product.  They dry-age our beef by hanging it on a hook in a controlled and cool environment for 21 days.  The dry-aging process enhances the flavor and tenderness of the beef.

We deliver orders daily Monday - Friday from 1PM-6PM.

You can pick up your order at our Sherwood Park warehouse! Please schedule your pick up slot time in your Foraging Basket page or at checkout.

We're open for pick ups until 6PM on Tuesday & Thursday and until 5PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
