Roasti Coffee Co

Sherwood Park, AB

We strive to provide specialty roasted coffee in an accessible and approachable way that elevates an everyday experience. Transparency in sourcing is at the forefront of what we do to ensure we have a positive effect not only in our local community but also the global network of farmers and producers that are integral to what we do.

Roasti was started in 2017 by Andrew Hayes in his parents garage on a 5kg roaster and with the guidance of family friend (and now direct trade partner!) Henrique Cambraia from Brazil. He began by selling in local farmers markets and to friends. However, he has always had a passion for coffee and the community which prompted him to start an open to the public roastery and cafe.

By 2023 our cafe and roastery will be carbon neutral as part of our larger focus on long term sustainability.

As we grow we are focused on education and training to ensure we maintain the highest standard of quality and relevant knowledge in a quickly growing industry; not only for our own space but as a support for our wholesale partners.
